Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £99.00! 48 hours delivery time if ordered before 5pm Monday to Friday.

All orders received after 3pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday.

UK Mainland orders below £99 (inc VAT) are subject to a £6.95 handling and packaging fee.

†We offer a 2 to 3 day delivery to the following postcodes - AB38, HS, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW5, KW11-17, PA36, PA40-80, ZE and all of Northern Ireland.

Toolstreet also offers UK mainland customers a pre-midday next day delivery for a flat rate of £10. We also offer a Saturday delivery for a flat rate of £18.

Deliveries outside the UK mainland are all subject to delivery charges - these charges are clearly specified on our product pages and at the checkout.

As soon as your order is despatched we will notify you by email. If it is not possible to deliver your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email or telephone.

Next day delivery is defined as "the next working day following your order".

All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier or by air transport to some countries and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the drivers actions e.g. taken to a convenient local collection point , left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot. We will only leave your delivery with a neighbour if you specify this in the order delivery note.

Local orders can be collected during office hours at our warehouse in Dumfries or can be delivered same day at extra cost to be confirmed at the time of the order.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by TOOLSTREET. TOOLSTREET reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery.

Offshore Deliveries

All local taxes and duty is to be paid by the receiver.

PO Boxes and BFPO Addresses

Our carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

Returns

Items not Required

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact Toolstreet on 01387 250 044 o customerservices@toolstreet.co.uk quoting your original invoice number to be provided with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Toolstreet will then email you a RETURNS FORM and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods.

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.

We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the completed RETURNS FORM. This will help speed up the whole process.

We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE, if you wish to return any items not required after 14 days then we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15%. Alternatively you can arrange your own return.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0800 107 8665 or customerservices@toolstreet.co.uk quoting your original invoice number. We will supply a RETURNS FORM which must be filled in and enclosed with the returned goods.

Toolstreet will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolstreet handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the the customer.

RETURNS FORM

PLEASE NOTE - if you are returning power tool batteries see this form from the Royal Mail. If the item you are returning cannot be returned via Royal Mail please use a signed for courier or contact us and we can arrange to uplift the goods for you.
